Synthesis and Evaluation of Platinum Nanoparticles Using F. Carica Fruit Extract and Their Antimicrobial Activities

Abstract In this manuscript, a simple new method for the green synthesis of platinum nanoparticles (Pt NPs) utilizing F. carica Fig extract as reducing agent antimicrobial activities was reported. Simultaneously, microstructural and morphological features synthesized Pt NPs were thoroughly investigated. particular, attained exhibited spherical shape with diameter range 5-30 nm root mean square 9.48 using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Atomic Force (AFM), respectively. Additionally, final product screened antifungal antibacterial against Candida Aspergillus species well Gram-positive Staphyllococcus aureus Gram-negative Acinetobacter species, Accordingly, demonstrated inhibition zones 36 28 mm fungal bacterial The presented play an active role in both which indicates presence well-regulated nano-materials system biomedical application.
